Bryan O’Connell, CWT
After being inspired to make the water treatment industry fast and flexible, Bryan O’Connell founded Meras Water Solutions in 2004. Bryan received his bachelor’s of science in chemical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, then went on to Santa Clara University to achieve his masters in business administration. His interest in water treatment sparked while building power plants that require large amounts of water. Bryan’s favorite part of his job is helping other companies become more profitable by assisting them in improving their quality of product. In his free time, Bryan enjoys spending time with his family and going on camping trips.

Agricultural Division Director
Though Dan Lindberg is Meras’ director of agriculture, he likes to say he works for his sales team and can be found working in the field alongside his team developing specific water treatment services. Dan received his bachelor’s degree in Communications from Sacramento State then soon after learned his interest in Agriculture while working on his father-in-law’s ranch farming almonds, pistachios, cotton, and grapes. He then gravitated towards research and development in applications on nutrition programs, irrigation, and water treatment. Dan joined the Meras team in 2012 and quickly learned the relationship between water treatment management and its effects on crop yield and health. In his free time, Dan enjoys attending his kids’ sporting events, fishing, boating, and playing golf.

Marco Hurtado, CWT
Industrial Division Manager
Marco Hurtado joined the Meras team back in 2013 and has grown in the company to be Meras’ industrial division manager. As the industrial division manager, Marco oversees the development of the industrial sector of Meras, looks over regulatory affairs, and provides customer satisfaction. Marco received his bachelor’s degree in Business, with a concentration in operation management from Stanislaus State, then continued his education there obtaining his masters’ of business administration. His favorite part of his job is interacting with his colleagues and helping customers solve their water challenges. In his free time, Marco likes to stay active by playing sports, but most of all, spend time with his wife and newborn baby.
